Method narrative
Core practice
ATP features repeatedly identify movement and flexibility as visible parts of Djokovic's game. The safe, transferable lesson is not to copy an elite athlete's extreme range; it is to treat gentle mobility and recovery as regular training rather than occasional repair.
Check readiness before adding range
Begin with easy movement, notice stiffness and pain, and expand range only while control and comfort remain. A short daily check is more useful than forcing a dramatic stretch on a single day.
Recovery is part of the program
Hard sessions create adaptation only when the next decisions reflect fatigue. Record a simple readiness score and use it to keep an easy day easy. Stop if movement causes sharp or worsening pain, and seek qualified medical or physiotherapy advice when symptoms persist.

Detailed principle notes
- P1Mobility
Mobility improves through frequent controlled practice.
Use a comfortable range regularly instead of chasing a one-session flexibility milestone.
Complete eight minutes of gentle full-body mobility within a comfortable range
- P2Recovery
Recovery belongs inside the training plan.
Let fatigue and symptoms shape intensity so easy work supports the next demanding session.
Rate physical readiness from one to five before training · Take an easy recovery walk or gentle mobility session
- P3Control

Keep control, stop on concerning pain, and use professional guidance for persistent symptoms.
Review one movement for control and comfort without forcing more range
